If Taylor wanted to drop Farah,do it just before kick off. Why bring all this media attention to the club?

The updated team list for the Intrust Cup game today

Stringer's side will see several changes to the team originally named during the week, with Robbie Farah brought in to the side and starting at hooker in jersey 20. His inclusion sees Manaia Cherrington make his return from injury off the interchange bench in jersey 9.

Jackson Williams will start in the back row in place of Esan Marsters, who has been ruled out of the match with a shoulder injury. Dallas Graham, Rod Griffin and Jeremy Marshall-King join Cherrington on the final interchange bench with Manaia Rudolph as 18th Man.

So it just might mean that the 1st grade side has Halatau and Taylor sharing the role at 9.

Yep.

Just heard some comments by Farah after his game today and he fired a few shots at Taylor.

"We've won 3 of the last 4 games i played and we scored 30 points in those wins."

"Only once this year when i didn't play did we manage to score 30 plus"

"Taylor was concerned about cohesion in attack. I think the stats back me up"

"Our biggest issue has been defence, not our attack"

All very valid points.

What chance Farah plays no more nrl games this year?

3 semi finals series in 12 seasons for Robbie. This stat is just as dammning as any other stat you can throw around. Some of our fans carry on like he is Andrew Johns or Darren Lockyer and carries us to the finals on his own every year.

Still agree that the whole situation has been poorly handled.

So you believe it is all RF's fault for those results do you. Get real dimwit.

He killed it today without overplaying his hand , pretty well laid on 3 tries to get us into the lead after being 12 nil down . And the other guy not good enough for our nrl squad JAC scored another double and difused several massive bombs in extremely windy conditions .

What, you never thought it maybe coaches or other players or a a team thing, seems to me blaming one person is unrealistic for a team game.

Your statement condratics itself.

As you say, no-one had a problem a putting the boot in to Marshall, Fitzhenry etc etc..

Farah just doesn't have the influence on the field people make out he does have. Sure he might make 50 tackles a game and posses a great work ethic however he doesn't have the ability to carry us to victory consistently. Marshall had more influence on the outcome of games consistently than Farah has.

Unbelievable, where did Marshal play as to Farah, isn't that the halves job......who gave Marshal the ball, generally???

I agree with you. I think Robbie has been overrated and his pay is crazy.

I still think though that this is a f**ked up way to handle the situation.

He's over-rated as to his influence in us winning games. His work rate and commitment though can not be questioned.

As I've always said, the situation has been poorly handled.

Edit - in relation to his pay, I have no problem as the money has been deferred from previous years and he never agreed to a pay cut as such.

Unbelievable! LOL

All those years where Marshall was out of the side on occasions and it was up to Robbie to create and he came up with duck egg on most occasions.

The guy is a great worker but not creative.

They both should be in first grade.

well what a disheartening performance that was. I think we are kidding ourselves if we think this side is worthy of a place in the top 8.
