We've got the most suspensions of any team in the NRL this season.

Are we even a dirty team? Lol.

We don't fight them and when we do, we constantly lose. I cannot for the life of me remember what Mamo did to get suspended. In most cases, we're forced to take the early plea because fighting it often leads to more weeks.

The NRL no longer cares about us. They cherry pick who cops punishment to retain some "credibility" and allow others to get away; like Maguire getting off and like last month with Brown.

We're not even second class in the eyes of the NRL. No fair judgement.

Surely we're are due some good luck as a club... We are nothing but nice but we get shitted on with bad luck year after year after year...

If we were a top team, with high profile players with a top 4 spot on the line, most of our players wouldn't have been charged.

It's just how NRL politics work.

Yep. Only have to look at the Broncos Maguires attack to the head on a Penrith player last Friday and has not been charged. A dead set one rule for the protected top teams and a dead set joke of a judiciary system.

Update: Maguire did get suspended so my bad. Notwithstanding, 1 week for a cheap shot from one of the biggest cheap shot merchants in the game is still a joke.

Whilst the 8 tries was a bit much in the end I thought you guys showed some real heart this game.
First half defensively you were good and if old mate doesnt slip its a different half.

I know Gagai is up for criticism but the heart he showed in chasing on breaks and his involvement in attack was something I as a fan would be proud of.
2014 we were in the same situation as you and half our player clocked off.

It will be a tough rebuild but if you can keep finding the Barnetts and Paulis then you will be fine.
A lot to build upon team wise, never the less the Newcastle culture and history of the town, team and fans.

Heads up Knights, there is always a light at the end of every tunnel.

Tariq- not even cited. (There wasn't anything in it but neither was there anything in Mamo's)
