We've got this one in the bag fellas. Coach Brown will employ a devastating mid-game strategy of giving Connor Watson a break so he can move Kurt Mann from wing to hooker, Hunt from centre to wing and Sione from bench to centre. The number of changes to allow our starting hooker to have a 20 minute breather will completely confound the Cowboys players and we'll romp it home from there. Whereas if he picked Levi on the bench and simply subbed him for Watson, well...that is just far too predictable.

Really enjoying your team news commentary. Helps me see the funny side of Brown’s ineptitude...

Have a look at 14-21 not a winger or centre included, no options.

Don’t be daft you don’t need to put a specialist in a particular position. That’s what utilities are for you recruit them so they can do a mediocre job in any position. Swapsy daisy and away you go.

Imagine how many premierships we would have won back in the day if Joey went to hooker, Bedsy to halfback, Rudder to anywhere in the team, Doogs to backrow, BK to Prop and Robbie O’Davis to wing.

Have to agree Levi is better bench than some as it allows Watson a break or to fill in elsewhere and I don’t understand Mann being picked. Have a look at 14-21 not a winger or centre included, no options.
As I mentioned in a previous thread we really stuffed up not signing/promoting a winger before June 30. At the start of the year the plan was SKD and Lee as the starters with Ross Dog and Hunt as cover and Musgrave and Toa to come into calculations after June 30 as per the rules re development players. Ross retired before a ball was kicked, Hunt has since cemented a spot in the centres and Toa and Musgrave have been injured pretty much all year, when Lee got hurt the first time around it should've been enough to make Brown realise how short of depth we were but instead of being sensible and using the remaining empty squad positions to fill a position of need he promotes 2 project players in Momoisea and Crossland and a dummy half in Randall when we've already got Levi, Watson, and Woolford in the squad.

What do you do for a living Spot On? Doctor? Lawyer? Football coach?
I picture an unemployed train spotter complete with grey trench coat, coke bottle glasses and listening to Alan Jones with overwhelming confused anxiety and stress brought on by cognitive dissonance however is blissfully unaware due to Dunning-Kruger effect.

Had a play on the ladder predictor today. If the favourites win every game for the rest of the year and we win our last 4, it will come down to F/A for 7,8 and 9. I've been suckered back in with a glimmer of hope.

We want the panthers to win tonight.
