It's not as stupid as it sounds...

Pennies will be coming off a five day turn around and I'm expecting them to get a fair work out against the Roosters, plus they are very hot and cold. Barnett and Randell back for us.

Us to sh*t the bed somehow.

I think we will. They have a short turn around an an inability to put their opponents to the sword. We're getting better and hopfully will get a couple of players back. Hoping for an upset.
Kidding yourself

Cartwright, Peachey, Moylan and Mansour are going to carve up our edges. It's gonna be a massacre

We'll mirror the roosters form tonight- compete hard for the opening minutes, get completely outplayed for the next hour and then score a few quick tries once panthers clock off for the night.

A Monday to a Sunday is much as a turnaround as is a Sunday to a Saturday turnaround.

One thinks because a team plays on a Monday, they don't have enough time to recuperate...which is an illusion.

Sione a chance of returning. If so, it's possibly our strongest side we've fielded in 2016.

Sione confirmed in:

http://www.newcastleknights.com.au/news/2016/08/12/sione_mata_utia_retu.html

Interesting to note it says he replaces Ross, who is confirmed out. So does this mean he plays on the wing? Don't mind the idea, he's gone well at second row but I'd rather play HIM in the outside backs then his brother Pat or Denniss, and just easing him in after the injury on the wing then going back to second row when Ross returns sounds like a good idea.

I
Good that Randell is back and Levi can now have his surgery. The last few weeks Levi has struggled big time.

Another positive for this season is the courage shown by Levi. It would have been pretty easy to not play on given the losing streak but what he did shows great character.

Sione finishing the game with a busted jaw and an elbow injury a few weeks back shows he's a pretty tough kid as well.
