Need J Saf to play against a strong Titans middle rotation. I’m never confident when we play up there because it rarely ends well. Hopefully we’re a different team this season and can do a job.
Would be a big win for us going into the bye if we can get up.

This is one of the games where, in the past, we’ve been expected to win but we don’t show up and get beaten.
I have a sense we have mostly gotten past that in the previous couple of years. This will be a good test on that theory.

I'm honestly surprised we are ahead at the bookies. Purely on the back of KPs form I guess. Our outs are important and they're at home. I guess we'll see but I have no confidence here.

I didn’t see the whole Dogs v Titans game last week, but what I saw, they were average.

Wouldn’t it be great to go through a whole season with your best 17 playing each week. Maybe 1 or 2 injuries every couple of weeks.

So no Leo, KPP, JSaf or Lucas? All in one week?

Ouch. We are pushing shit uphill to win this one. That's most of our forward pack. I'm less concerned about our go-forward as I am about our defence in the middle and on the edges - as well as how many metres we're likely to give up in the middle without most of our starting pack.

Excited to see McEwen debut, though.

So that’s likely our 2 starting front rowers and 2 starting back rowers out?

Ok that’s rough lol.

I initially tipped us but that’s a lot to overcome against a huge pack.

I think the big challenge will be when we need to interchange our starting forwards. There will be a lot of inexperience.
Need a big one, hit up wise, from our wingers and centres to get us out of our end.
