Well done with all the injuries we didn’t deserve a half time draw.
They dug deep and developing in to a side that believes.
Be interesting how many we have for the 2nd half.

That was an awesome half of footy. I was spewing when Galvin stuffed up but he came up with a huge play. Seyfarth is proving he has what it takes to handle the edge spot as well.

How we are at half time and drawn is a miracle. Hopefully we can put that 1st half behind us and fire up in the 2nd half. With the injury toll we're facing a win today would be one of our best.

We're not making any metres out of trouble. Our kicking game is atrocious and the passing game not that much better. There's a lot of room for improvement.

The ref has not helped either. The warriors have been laying all over us, especially when we're on or own line, with no repercussions. However, we must have been pinged for at least 6 set re-starts.

Bad luck there for Terell. The good news for him though is if he colours his hair white, he could then be known as "The Magistrate". :D

That’s season over for the tigers, unlucky but should’ve won that. Tried hard but there’s no top eight in that performance. We really had to win that game. Benji should’ve left Latu on the park, rather than bringing Twal back, more options and can make something from nothing. Anyways, I wanna know why klokstad was allowed to stay on the park after laying down

Injuries early, too many disruptions to how they would have trained but I seriously feel like balling me eyes out.

We were out own worst enemies in that last 20. However in saying that I'd love an explanation of how Turuva's dive is an HIA and no penalty, whereas CNK's dive is a penalty without HIA. There is simply no way a good team would have been penalised for the Seyfarth tackle.

Warriors were just more composed when it mattered. We looked rattled once those tries were disallowed.

That was some game of footy and we were great but we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

We just had some dumb plays at the wrong time.

We have some quality players now though.

“Season over” after R4, is a silly statement at this stage.
Shit weather and key injuries were a factor, whether you like it or not.

Turuva was a HIA that we instigated. That is the technical reason why it wasn't a penalty but it was a HIA. The match officials didn't call for a HIA.

Still that was not a penalty on Seyfarth. I thought Seyfarth was great out there. We had a lot of quality players out there.

Galvin showed class out there but he also had a couple of big mistakes. Latu was special. I think we need more of him on the park.

I think the complete opposite. We have a quality team now. That was a cracker of a game.
Agree, we’ve lost 2 games by 2 pts each game.
With all the disruption today, it was a good effort.
Faatappe was very good, they went to him a lot and he did very well.
Bula, Galvin and API were huge.

Great summary.

If we’d shown a bit more discipline and competence in key moments, we would have taken it.

And I don’t often use it as an excuse, but injuries didn’t help us.

May had an astonishing game.

May had an astonishing game.

Pole Stats:-
182 run metres
1 try
18 runs
65 post contact metres
6 tackle breaks
18 hit-ups
36 tackles made

May's Stats:-
181 run metres
51 post contact metres
17 hit-ups
55 tackles made
80 min

If Hass didn't exist our props are god tier. Hass is a little better but geez our forwards are good.

Heaps of players deserve wraps:- Luai, Galvin (some mistakes), Latu, TDS, Seyfarth, Pole, May, Api, Turuva and Bula.

Faataape and To'a made some mistakes at the wrong time but it's hard to be too harsh because we really put in.

We didn't lose because we were outclassed. We weren't bashed out of the game. We lost because of some dumb errors and the ref making some poor decisions as well. That penalty against Seyfarth was criminal.

Injuries and the conditions were not in our favour tonight.

Despite the loss, I still feel we took a step forward. We competed when the cards were pretty much all on favour of the visitors in terms of injury and go forward.

We are not a top eight side......but unlike previous years, Im happy with the side and Benji is making progress with them.

Two notes....

Faatape. Yes, I love his effort and thought he had an overall good dig, but man his two errors really cost us the match. Where in f**k was he when should have been on his wing with the Halsalma break? Second tough one was his f**king stupidity with that extra kick to the sideline......just dive on it man!!!!!!!!!! You did the hard work to get to the ball first!

The Seyfarth tackle. CNK deadset ran into Seyfarth's shoulder there. What the f**k was Seyfarth meant to do? Claim your Oscar and f**k off from the NRL you asshole!
