Yeah, I knew it would come across that way. I didn't intend to have a real crack at him, I just do have concerns that he might have the right ideas - but not know how to apply them. He'll obviously come under a lot of pressure if this continues though, the roster is better than this.

It's worth noting that there is a kernel of truth in what Knight Tales is saying too. A lot of blokes on this roster were the ones that straight up gave up on Brown, too. Unfortunately, it IS up to the coach to foster a good culture. If O'Brien can't turn them around, whether that's through coaching or recruitment, then eventually it'll be time to move him on too.
