King the unlucky one to make way for Gavet.

Think he has done reasonably well in the 20-30 minutes he has been given off the bench.

J Saifiti should be made to make is way back through 3-4 weeks of reserve grade. He’s probably our last picked middle forward at this stage.

Meant for NK Arsenal who had Mann in his place
I just don’t think he’s done enough to justify his position.

Don’t think he’s been awful or spectacular, just average.

And it would allow for Mann to play a more natural position and Watson to wear the 14.

I think Hunt has been fantastic. Much better than what I was expecting.

The only question I have is Watson v Lino .
Watson = running game, speed, support play
Lino = kicking game, getting the ball to Ramien, easing pressure on Pearce ( who is terribly out of form )

If Lino is 5/8 then Watson to the bench to replace Mann . He could carve up when D is tiring.

Does Watson have the skills to play hooker? I seem to remember that every break he made last year seemed to be followed by him throwing a pass to the support player that severely missed the mark.

It's the only way he is going to get on the bench.

I remember him playing some blinders at hooker a few years back at the roosters when he first made grade.

As you said , he looks ok at hooker till he has a run then has to pass.

I can't believe how poor his passing ability is. Thought that would have been a priority for the coaching staff to help develop during the preseason.

Man's passing is pretty bad also. Haven't seen him through a bullet pass yet. All of his passes are those that spin end on end. I'm willing to bet Watson could be better there.

Mann is a great back up player but would rather see Watson try that bench hooker role. I'd even put Mann at six.

I like Lino's kicking ability. Nice little kick into the in goal on the weekend led to repeat set. Also back up for KP. Let's hope he can get Ramien noodle some early ball.....that man is a beast and we havent utilized him.
