Unfortunately there is nobody else to blame. And I’m not a Brown hater at all. I badly want him to succeed. But this season highlights previous doubts. He finally got a decent squad and appears to have no idea what to do with it. We’re done, mentally as much as anything - the heads have dropped and it’s season over just like that. Mental midgets no matter who wears the jersey.

For the first time, even including the triple spoon, I think I might be done. Why do I do this to myself? Normal life is great then I watch this garbage and it puts me in a bad mood all weekend. Is it even worth it anymore when you patiently waited through all the hard times for this? This is even worse.

Can't blame supporters from feeling this way.

At this stage I dont agree the coaching staff need to be replaced. The worst thing we could do right now would be replace the coach, the most successful organizations have stability at the coaching level

Raiders and Parra fans could have been excused for wanting to ditch their coaches in recent seasons but look at them now. Given the shit Browny inherited I'll only judge him on this season and we're only 5 games in.

There's a number of positives in our games this year. We werent easily beat in any of them, we could have won any of them. We have a vastly improved D. Our forwards are matching it with the other packs.

What is a worry is our attack, organization and kicking game = Pearce, and we dont have another half to step in and take over.

All we do is run one out. No structured plays. I wanna see us stand deeper and have some attacking plays.

As much as I think the coaching staff are culpable in our early form... I'm not sure it's time to wield an axe yet. If Pearce were playing better then maybe, but he is so tragically down in form I can't even really say if it's all a coaching issue or not. Our general and leader is completely MIA at the moment. Needs to be sorted.

If Pearce was steering the ship soundly and we were still a non-threat then yeah, very easy to blame the coaches 100%. I do get the feeling that what they've been coached isn't making it to the field for whatever reason.

I think our poor performances all boil down to Pearce. For whatever reason (injury, pressure, external issues), his form is way down on 2018. It's like the majority of the team are sitting back waiting for him to take control, but he just isn't capable at the moment.

If it's injury, give him a week or two to recover. If it's the mental side of the game, give him a week off from training and book him in to see the shrink in his spare time. Once he regains his form and gets back to taking control and barking out orders on the field, I think a fair few of our issues will be resolved.

They all need a rocket, and it wasnt just the Manly game IMO

"But it's not all on the players. When the players aren't turning up with the right intensity, it's easy to sit there and blame players all the time. As a coaching staff, we have to think where did we get it wrong."

Where Brown got it wrong was in attempting to publicly hand his players an out. They didn't deserve one.

I dont agree we should sack the coach right now. He should be given till the end of the year to perform and we should have the right candidate lined up if he does not.

I dont have a problem with anyone expressing a different view. But I am enjoying your constant meltdowns. I find them amusing.
