Yep, De Courcey ain't anywhere near ready and I'm honestly really worried about our prospects in replacing Gags next year. We could have moved Gags on the past couple of years but our options to replace him keep failing to deliver/never seem ready.

That is unacceptable. If De Courcey tracks back after his big misread, he might force the Tigers to push an extra pass. Just being there as a defended is also part of your job, even if it's only a 10 percent chance of helping.

The defence is just not shifting across quick enough. There was 2 Tigers players outside the player Marzhew went after.

I can't believe we haven't mixed things up with a little chip over the top or an early cross fielder for Dom. We're grinding away AOB style here and conceding so much field position that the points are inevitable.

I’m not sure if it’s a good or bad thing that they probably wouldn’t have scored many of these tries if we had Ponga and Best instead of Hunt and De Coursey.

We’ve had zero ball mate

Holbrook already has plenty of credits in the bank, but maybe some tactical naivety today. The game plan appears way too passive for the conditions and that doesn't work in the NRL these days with the new rules. You have to attack to defend.
