Couldn't call out anyone for a bad game today. Maybe SKD, but in defense only and he made plenty of hard runs early in tackle counts

We won because of attitude and skd was one of the best in that regard.
They all showed the right attitude, even poor old Josh King was hitting them hard when they were trying to come off their line.

Sione looked great when he came on the field, and I thought Glasby was immense in the final 15 minutes. I also reckon Hunt will prove to be one of Browneys more astute buys - the way he shut down multiple raids down his side was impressive, and he fights for every metre in attack. Looking better and better each week

Agree re; Hunt. He looked incredibly strong today and broke numerous tackles

Hunt definitely worthy of a contract extension I think, 2 years?

Nice to see the knights finally get their 2nd win of the season

Reading this thread there are some very cocky fans in here don’t forget you are 2W 5L and still tied for last place some fans carrying on like you’ve been undefeated all season

I’d be butthurt too if my team put 50 points on the tigers and then got beat by the team coming last :joy: jog on, peanut

King had a couple of nice offloads as well which was good to see.. He's growing in confidence, maybe the effect of having the Klemmernator alongside him.

Hard to see Moga coming back into the side the way Hunt is playing.

The middle third of the game was a tad disappointing, but other than that, it was all round a tremendous game from the vast majority of the team. To me, today should be our norm; the attitude everyone played with was second to none and it reflected with and without the ball.

Make it the standard and we'll have a great season.

You're sounding quite cocky for a fan that follows the reigning wooden spooners..

Ah... What did I watch today? Where has that team been for the past month? Was a really pleasurable watch!

Ponga is too good. That move where he took half a step back after taking the bomb to kill the defender! That can't be taught. That was genius.

SKD and Lee have been amazing this season. Not 100% great but 90% they have been fantastic. Watching them bring the ball out of our half reminded me of Salior and Tuqiri!

I thought before the season Glasby and Hunt would be the weak link in our team but they are the perfect role players in the team. No drama and provided 8/10 performances week in week out. Ramien is the best centre in the league bar none.

Fitzy seemed to want it more this week and Barnett did some decent stuff but I think our second row might be the weakest part of our team. Maybe bench standard players on a good side but shouldn't be starting. More impact off the bench types.

Saifiti and Klemmer are the best starting front row in the comp. I wouldn't trade them for any other 8 + 10 combo in the NRL.

Siobhan and Ese'ese might be the two mobile middle forwards we have been looking for. Need to see them play there another three weeks or so to make the ball but they seem to offer something different in a real positive way.

Gavet did well. Scored a try and made an amazing tackle when they had a twenty metre restart. Better off the bench.

Also, I thought it was 2001 out there today. I honestly thought we had Joey and Bedsy out there on the field again. Levi and Pearce played out of their skin. Levi was superb. Dangerous out of dummy half and kept us on the front foot the whole game. Watson is our Kidley. Needs to play 14.

Pearce with a 10 out of 10 game. Scored a try, won us repeat set after repeat set, try assists and some amazing tackles. Even kicked great settlers to give the boys a deserved rest. Amazing. Pearce plays well and we will easily make the 8.

Just so happy to have watched that game. Hopefully it kick starts our season because we should easily be making the 8 this year.

Thank you Knights for providing such great entertainment. Can't wait for next week.

Fitzy has been underwhelming this year compared to last but I think part of that is that teams have done their homework on him, Barnett is simply not an edge forward, he lacks the atheleticm and mobility to do much in attack and struggles mightily in terms of lateral quickness in defence. Ideally Barnett is your bench 13 who plays 30-35 mins
