Ah yeah he was. 2 and a half good games in his whole career thus far. He has it in him, I just hope it continues. Is it just me or does he look physically bigger?
I'm not sure if it's that he's physically bigger, or he's just not shitting himself when he gets anywhere near the ball anymore.

The way he would get physically annihilated in tackles was scary. He did look tiny though. Either way, I hope he keeps playing like this. I'm stunned.

Our slow motion attack is perfectly confusing the cowboys and setting them up for 1 player running fast
It's not so much that as much as the Cowboys are off the boil completely. Started strong, but been pretty weak since midway through the first half. To our credit, we've capitalized on it.

In all seriousness, I think some of us (probably all of us) were too quick to judge Hoy. Looks good. Not over playing his hand and keeping it ticking and some class touches. Good to see a local junior doing well.

Good to see us actually play. Shows that it ain't the lack of roster that's the issue. If we try to play, we ain't going to be tryless every game.

I’m not sure I didn’t ever see a footballer of adequate capability in Hoy.

I did, however, berate him as a fullback. He is effing awful at that.

He's certainly a better half than a fullback. His shakiness under the high ball isn't a problem at 5/8 and he seems far more confident these days

Im really liking the way he and Ponga are swapping. Ponga going to first receiver during attack and back to fullback in defence

Getting much needed energy out of hoy, young and Croker. And Leo starting

Been saying it for weeks, hoy will make something happen. Just waiting for the brain snap now
