If they started a New Zealand vs Pacific Islanders game that is run in conjunction with NSW vs QLD

Feleti, SBW etc won't leave the game as they'd have an Origin series of their own.

Exactly... how hard is it for the NRL to think of that?! Would be a great game with great talent on display, rate well, and probably get a good crowd in NZ.

Origin Friday night, Kiwi game thing Saturday night or Sunday arvo (for TV). Clubs have a bye, Fox/9/League promotes the Toyota Cup a bit more on the bye weekends.

Like SBW, he'd have to play 10 or 12 (5/8 or inside centre) in RU. He's not big enough to play second row, lock or breakaway. Can't see it happening really.

Anything is possible. England signed Andy Farrell at 33 yrs old with two bung knees to play centre for their World Cup assault. :lol:
