I see.. On the angry juice again tonight?

Maybe don’t drink & post.

Have a great night.
You’ve been banging on all day about it. With all this Lomax hate you should probably log out and log back in with your Gitano account. Plus I’m not much of a drinker buddy boy so save your usual drinking jibes for others

Your shift in ability to discuss the topic tonight without reverting to insults shows that you’ve hit the sauce early..

Anyway, back on topic.. Who’s hating Lomax?

What do you find so offensive about my earlier post?

Did Rava & Zac not have a good combination going last year?

Did Ramsay not play well on the right during the 9s?

Did Lomax not make more errors than Rava, despite scoring the same number of tries?

Is Ravalawa not an international rep who can mentor a junior player?

Thanks champ. Stay safe and send my regards to the Git
So clearly you didn’t mean it when you said have a good night..

Lying is such a Mary trait..

We’re done with that as a club.

Jayzus possm don't you start. Wing to 2nd row, crikey !
Quick and strong enough to shine amongst our pigs. Once Griffin takes a look at what we have in the backline, I think he will move that way but Ravalawa will spend a few rounds in Canterbury Cup to learn his new role.

While Dufty is at fullback, Ramsey to the right wing and Mat Feagai to the left wing with Lomax and Max Feagai as our long term centre pairing.

Depending on his fitness Jack Bird will replace Frizell or come off the bench to replace Ford on the right edge. I'd say the lock position is still up in the air but will be solved prior to round 1. If De Belin becomes available he will be our lock.

Why though?

Cody proved during the 9s that he can play on the left..

And if Rava & Lomax have a good combination going in attack, why break it up? Plus Ravalawa can be there to help clean up any defensive lapses from Lomax..
You could be right but I would like a bit more speed outside Lomax's passing game.

Agree that rava isn’t the fastest (well, he is quick, but not JAC quick)

But my concern with throwing a 20yo & 18yo together on the edge is it creates a massive target for the opposition..

Ramsay & Lomax look like they’ll be great players no doubt..

But I still recall Anzac Day 2016 where a young latrell Mitchell pretty much handed the trophy to us on a plate..

Surely anyone who watches our games objectively couldn't possibly deny the fact that defensively Dufty has some issues that need to be worked on...

I think that people who shower him with praise are forgetting that "ball in hand" is only half the game...

I don't want it to sound like i am knocking him but every team needs a defensively competent fullback and at times last year it would have been a stretch to call him that...

Dufty missed less tackles than Tedesco, made fewer errors than Tedesco, fewer errors off kicks than Tedesco, made half the ineffective tackles than Tedesco & gave away zero penalties (Tedesco gave 2)..

He wasn’t as defensively lacking in 2020 than he was in prior years..

So Muz... i take it by your comment that you think Matt Dufty is a better defensive fullback than James Tedesco...

Wow...i guess we all truly see the game differently...

I am all for stats painting a picture but, in my opinion, they don't in this case...

If it came down to me having to choose one or the other to make a tackle to save my life, i know who I'd be choosing.

Out with the drink barbs again I see.

Can’t help yourself obviously.
You don’t think he was drinking? Goes from a normal conversive tone during the day to abusive, aggressive & childish at night.

He had either sunk a few or someone else has hacked his account.

Anyway, I’m here to discuss Dufty..

If you’re spoiling for a fight, please head over to the swamp.

Have a fantastic day OT.
