Leilula should be defending in the middle but attacking out wide when the opportunity presents itself.

Leilula's defence can be too easily exposed out wide against the quicker and more agile players. Defending in the middle allows him to not be caught flat footed as much.

Is that what you think will happen, is that what you are hoping happens or is that your inside info?
Dragons team:
1. Matt Dufty 2. Jordan Pereira 3. Euan Aitken 4. Zac Lomax 5. Jonus Pearson 6. Corey Norman 7. Ben Hunt 8. Korbin Sims 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Paul Vaughan 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Tariq Sims 13. Blake Lawrie 14. Luciano Leilua 15. Jacob Host 16. Reece Robson 17. Josh Kerr

St George Illawarra team news:
Corey Norman is a welcomed addition after spending the past few weeks out with a fractured cheekbone. Zac Lomax will move to the centres to cover for Tim Lafai (ankle), earning Matt Dufty a recall. James Graham will miss around two months with a leg injury, elevating Korbin Sims to the front-row.

I would have liked to see Marsters promoted to the 30 man squad and picked at centre, with Lomax staying at fullback. Now is the opportunity to see is Marsters is up to it. I have put a pen through Dufty. We should be looking to the future, but Mary likes to select experienced players and is reluctant to promote our youngsters. Marsters has the physique to handle first grade.

Don’t feel you have watched my cc? Marsters defence and attitude are probably worse than Duftys and that’s saying something I think we should of tried field at fb he has showed the right attitude

No I haven't watched any CC.

I would have played Field at centre and kept Lomax at fullback, instead of Dufty fullback.

Marsters has struggled all year don’t think another step up would suit him at all and I don’t think field is big enough to be in the centres that’s why I’d have Aiken Lomax out of necessity and field at fb wouldn’t have Dufty or marsters anywhere near fg

Teams are announced tomorrow. Fox sports have this:
Predicted Dragons team: 1. Jai Field 2. Jordan Pereira 3. Euan Aitken 4. Zac Lomax 5. Jonus Pearson 6. Corey Norman 7. Ben Hunt 8. Korbin Sims 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Paul Vaughan 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Tariq Sims 13. Blake Lawrie 14. Luciano Leilua 15. Jacob Host 16. Reece Robson 17. Jeremy Latimore

Team Tips:Corey Norman is expected to return from injury and will replace Jai Field at five-eighth for the Dragons. They will also name their Origin stars with all expected to play if they are fit given they have the longest turnaround.

I'm comfortable with that team..

On the off chance, did they happen to mention the coach was sacked?

So we promote Dufty who showed his attitude last week in cc .... WOW nothing amazes me anymore
Aiken left side centre pref and Lomax right pref so we play them on opposite sides...
Kerr over Timms is just beyond me Timms is killing in cc and just looks like a no nonsense front rower and a grade above all else in cc but no promotion....
Maybe Timm has signed with another club for 2020. Mary is very reluctant to select a player who has signed elsewhere for next season.

No wonder Dufty’s confidence is shot
He was our fullback all last year and had a sensational semi final game against the Broncos
Then bring on 2019
First of all mcIdiot doesn’t him , then shops him around then picks him as reserve
Finally he gets a chance at fullback scores a couple of sensational tries but comes a cropper against Newcastle then gets dropped .
Last year he had the benefit of having a big winger in Nene to assist with the carries back
( oh and don’t get me started on how mcIdiot stuffed our spine and Lomax around )

I'd like to see a line up of:
1. Lomax
2. Pereira
3. Aitken - only because there is nobody else available
4. Field
5. Pearson
6. Norman
7. Hunt
8. K Sims
9. McInnes
10. Vaughan
11. T Sims
12. Frizell
13. Lawrie

14. Kerr
15. Timm
16. Leilua
17. Robson

Give Graham a rest and don't play Latimore or Allgood.

I don’t mind that team
Graham has fractured his leg so he is gone for a while

josh Kerr is not a fg he is way to lazy and for such a big man his such a sponge.
I'd say, like a lot of our NRL players, Kerr is unfit rather than lazy. The change of fitness program over the off-season and through the early rounds, has left our players unfit.

I don’t believe players are unfit look at the way Leilua has played to date showed the fitness is there
Kerr has been the same since we bought him

How can you possibly justify playing Field at centre? Swap him and Lomax.
