Ok i'm going to say it..

Matt Prior is our defensive future.. 37 tackles in 48 minutes..

His hit up needs work but i'm excited about this player.. He is shaping up well..

Thorby 10 tackles. 30 minutes

Reynoldson - 21 tackles 45 minutes.

Webb - 21 tackles 42 minutes.

Saffy - 16 tackles 23 minutes (injury)?

Ryles - 59 minutes 26 tackles.

Scott - 39 tackles 80 minutes.

His stats keep him on the field..

Is he our next "big player" ?

I really hope they sign him again..

I SECOND THE MOTION!!!

he looks like a prospect... good hard worker... looks a bit like Benny Hornby, just as Ben Rogers looks like a smaller Justin Poore... dragons are deadset clones of eachother sometimes...

but i also have to ask the question... Saffy? where the hell did he go!?

I saw Saffy play early on in the year with Mongel, he has levelled back to just a fringe player and has lost the slightly stronger hit-up, he petty much fell away when th biting incident occured..

Prior looks solid il say that much...but he doesn't seem to do anything with any real intent, and he doesnt do things at speed...

needs quite a bit of work...and maybe a bit of time on the weights.

looks like an average sorta player to me..

Bennet will like how hard saffy runs and hits, but he is a fair dinkum dope...shouldnt be playing 1st grade

I like him. He is a lot like Beau Scott (who btw had an awesome game). Would love to see him used as a wide running second rower, but we have plenty of them so I'm not sure.

Been good since his first gaem in the top grade tbh, and has improved with every opportunity. Like him a lot.

It's worth bearing in mind that Prior has only just turned 21. He's a decent, hard working 1st grade front rower even at that age. I definitely think he's a player of the future, he's 190cm and already 107kg. Prior will only get stronger over the next few years, and perhaps even bigger.

What about Priors covering tackle, put Kemp into tounch only for the Touchie not to raise the flag.
Need more plyers putting there body on the line like Josh should have for the first broncs try. Morris got close enough to kick the ball and would have been close enough to dive at the ball.
