By all reports he started out really poorly in PL, but since then he's just completely gone to shit.

well i just had lunch with him and he's def not playing today ... All he said was he is really keen to play well and wants to get back to 1st grade and he thinks he's a shot .... Everyone was on the piss at lunch and he was on the waters which was good ..... At least he wants to play well and if he can get back to his old days at least he has some experience ... anyway he feels he's a shot ...

He used to work at Norths Leagues when he was a lower grader so I worked with him a few times.

He has a history of a few problems. His a nice bloke but I doubt he will get a run if he doesn't pick up on his PL form.

he hasn't had a drop since he signed with us ... He is off it all season . We were at the pub last night and we were all drinking and he had nothing except lemon squash - so ill give him credit for that .

NOt that there is anything wrong with him having a few beers.

You say Seers will be taking Ryans spot in two weeks, as if it was set in stone in your first post, now you come out and say that over lunch he just said that he is keen to do well and get off the drink and is confident....two pretty different statements there, you could get a job at the Tele with an exageration like that.
