takeaway
ˈteɪkəweɪ/
noun
noun: takeaway; plural noun: takeaways; noun: take-away; plural noun: take-aways
  1. 1.
    British
a restaurant or shop selling cooked food to be eaten elsewhere.
    "a fast-food takeaway"
    • a meal or dish bought from a shop or restaurant to be eaten elsewhere.
      "he phoned for a takeaway"
  2. 2.
a key fact, point, or idea to be remembered, typically one emerging from a discussion or meeting.
"the main takeaway for me is that we need to continue to communicate all the things we're doing for our customers"

I see now.

Well I don't give a rats about the dodgy Donkies or any bad press they cop. But it is a brilliant time to release the footage and fake giving a f**k to ride the hype and get the outrage clicks 6 days out from kickoff after a horror offseason for the papers in which everyone pretty much behaved.

You've taken LU to primary school level, well done
Well considering you claimed i was a hypocrite or couldnt understand what i was saying because of your limited intellect even though i said multiple times your reaction to this was to blame the media, and to absolve your club of any responsibility to this story.

Did you...Did you not know the second definition of that word?

I did but after a few reads your sentence made no sense to me. I think the "you and his" threw me. "His and your" or "your's and his" and I probably get it. But I can be a thick merkin sometimes so no guarantees.

Youre the one who brought packer into this and used him as a poor example without even knowing who currently pays his wages. Its like youve never heard of him.
Your club bought him, knowing what he did and now paying for that with bad press after failing to spin the story to a redemption piece. But your takeway from that is blaming the media for releasing the footage.
The blame lies within your club for giving this guy a contract.
You wont hear me complaining about the media slagging (lets use.....) Dugan when he does something stupid and absolve the club of blame for bringing my club into disrepute. Which he will most likely do within the year.

Ah fair enough, ill be honest. Im not sure of the order it should be in that regard. His/yours vs you and his. So you might be right.
