Anyone here willing to state how much a lower deal we should offer for a season?

And McSharkie I'd hope he would have a blinder against the team coming last.

If peachey retired this year he would go out with dignity.

If he signed for another year or god forbid 2 years it could get ugly and I don't think he should go through that.

One more question, Would anyone here be happy to retain Peachey and in return not pick up any high profile signings for next season?

Because you can't have both.

Unless we lose Phil Bailey releasing Premier League players isn't going to free up a lot of cash.

Players like Bickerstaff,Beattie etc are not on huge money if they were released so if Peachey is resigned don't winge about no major signings for next season..........

We are not in the same category as DS when forming these opinions.
See, he has direct access to players contracts & knows exactly where we are financially in regards to the cap & player payments, & the budget.
So if DS says we need to free up some cash, we need to free up some cash! & the only way to do that, is sack Peachey & people he deems to be slow.
Even if sludge is saying we are sitting beautifully in the player market at the moment & nearly all current players will be retained, believe DS first.
But then again, Sludge is probably just "tossing it up" because, he is quite slow these days.

I don't mind if people say something based on rumour.....BUT I hate it when people then say this will happen or that will happen because I know the guy or I have connections etc. Then it wasn't just a rumour if it doesn't occur it then becomes BU!LSHIT !

Did the club not say they had spent all the salary cap last season???

So where is the money going to come from to recruit these gun signings that most people want on this forum if they don't release a player on BIG money???

Ahh no it doesn't. That is just your opinion.
If somebody spoke to Matt Rogers two weeks ago, he would have given them an answer. A week before they would have received a different answer. Information changes rapidly.
Besides you, there a few people on this forum I would discredit.
