Amercain - excellent win in the Geelong Cup & will run the distance (just doesnt want any more rain - apparently doesnt have webbed feet).

Top ride by Mosse.

No excuses for the beaten brigade. He was running away at the end.

Its a great feeling when you know you are going to win 250 metres out. (I backed Bauer 2 years ago & was at Flemington - I thought he was going to win, & peaked on his run 50 metres from the line) I'm glad that didn't happen today.

Oh well, another year done & dusted.

He ran the fastest last 200 of the race, just a little quicker then Zipping and Maluckyday. Very classy win and a great ride.
