It will be stunning when it's completed.
I'm a member of both the Storm and Victory, so I'll get to use it year round. After putting up with the horrible facilities at OP it will be like heaven when we move in.
As for the delay in building it. Sure it was annoying that it got delayed by about 6-12 months, but in the end I think we can all agree that Melbourne (as a city) ended up with a vastly better stadium out of it. Let's not get into pissings contests, let's just look at the fact that Melbourne will have the best mid-size rectangular stadium in the country.
The state of the art gym facilities, lap pool, admin areas, megastore and cafe make the design all the more complicated than the Titans stadium.
It looks stunning too. It's not you standard flat pack style stadium, it has a bit of character about it. Whilst Skilled Park is a nice stadium, it's a bit boring in design. The same cannot be said for the MRS.
