I don't know this for a fact, but it may have something to do with the building of their new stadium not being complete. Are they due to play there this year?

New stadium shenanigans, it's taken them this long to first figure out pricing and memberships for the new stadium, then they've had to nut out a deal for the first 3-4 games they play at Etihad. Their 2011 memberships will be out much earlier I'd imagine.

but truthfully, it's all to do with the stadium... it was due to be ready in 3 months, however they haven't finished the roof, got the seats in or even got the lights up..
