Not good signs.

I was actually hoping A.I could work things out at Memphis. A player of his stature deserves to go out better than this.

Would the personal matter be having a tantrum because he's not starting?
At his age and with his history he won't start at any NBA team. The sooner it sinks in the better.
I knew he would piss off as soon as things didn't go his way. Not after only 3 games though.

Maybe being on the bench while Kobe overtook him on the all-time point scoring list was just too much for him to handle?

and probably not playing him against the Pistons and Nuggets.

To think just 2 years ago, he had the arguably the best season of his career and was putting up superstar numbers...

I hope it's not the last we see of AI, i love watching him play...

I love AI also.. He is the reason i'm a 76ers fan..

I can't believe he cannot get a start any where. That pistons gig killed his career!

It is disapointing, especially since there is no doubt in my mind that he could still put up good numbers if given a starting gig. Your right, the Pistons gig did alot more damage than I think anyone anticipated. If he had just sat out the entire year he would probably have been better off.

It's just a shame he hasn't been able to embrace a bench role (not surprising given he's been a star his whole career) because I'm sure there would be plenty of contenders interested in his services if he were happy with being a 6th man.

Am i the only one that still doesn't rate Mayo highly? The bloke has poor shot selection IMO. He misses so damn many.

I'll put my hand up and say that I like Mayo alot. Poor shot selection is something that generally is a problem for younger players. Mayo's got the potential to be a great defender, as well as a very good attacking player. Having two gunners alongside him in Randolph and Gay can't help his decision making.

I can't believe how under the radar Marc Gasol is...Dude will be a stud centre for years to come...

Maybe the Gasol trade is not as lopsided as we intially thought..
