The 25 Cronulla-Sutherland Mermaids will dance for their positions in Sydney's most popular cheerleading squad on Monday. More than 60 dancers turned up to audition for the current cheerleading squad on Monday. The aspiring mermaids were cut down to 10 in an Australian Idol culling process. These women will be put up against the squad of Mermaids on Monday and a decision will be made on Tuesday as to who stays and who goes. The panel three will judge the girls on their personality, looks, agility, fitness and dancing technique.

Sorry Richo, I don't have access to a scanner at the moment, but on closer inspection I can tell you that at least two of the girls have the old logo on their left buttocks, it definitely looks like a star shape on a pear shape. Maybe they're using old stock for the trial girls ?

I'm going to get to the bottom of this.

Its a shame the Leaders website is so far behind the times. Its a nice photo. Looks like the fan day last Sunday and there are several photos on page 83 of the sharks and supporters. Probably a few familiar faces.
