Simple Neal my good man ... the man mountain is more like a mole hill when it comes to playing league ...

either teach him to dig his shoulder in and hang out a long arm fend (ala SBW) or ship him off to QLd cup

Thurlo is by far a better proposition.

Agree 500%, I see no potential in Tilse. Then again I like my props to have aggression....

Weyman's hands were a bit poor tonight but at least the guy can hit the line and bend it ... what the coach needs to understand is that when Weyman is next in line to receive the ball we have runners on at least is left hip

Replace Weyman and Tilse with Thurling and Picker/Plum.

We really need Costigan and Tom LL if we are to make an impression this season.

Tonight was a mirror image of last season. No structure in attack and the passing from dummy half is too high risk for my liking. Carney should be five eighth and Campo either at lock or off the bench.

Agree totally. These little inside balls from withers is fooling nobody and only increases chances our chances of error. Everytime he did that (which was most times) I had to hold my breath.

Weyman should be in the starting 13 ... that gives us maximum impact.

I agree he dropped the ball on three occassions tonight but one was a high pass from Withers.

Weyman is crap, always has been. The guy's claim to fame in nearly 5 years of NRL is he once played almost 6 minutes in a row.

If the Raiders were an animal, we would be a Bull, Weyman the tits. Completely useless.

I couldnt agree more,

Bay56 sits there bagging Withers when this slow turd struggles to run within 5mins of getting on the field.

Drop passes and stupid penalties...oh lets not forget the fitness..his shocking and for an impact player he acheives very little, the opposition just run around him...as seen by that Number 17 Knights player...he looked like a Weyman but still managed to evade him by slowly turning right and then moving again...everything Weyman does is in slow motion.

Sorry Bay, I think your a decent guy but its easy to see who your favorites are...

At least Weyman is aggressive and hits the ball up hard. I think he needs to start and Plum needs to come in for Turner. We need more aggression out there!!!

Weyman drops too much footy and gives away too many penalties, yea he bends the line but what good he does, he too easy easily undoes

It is time for Trevor Thurling. That bloke puts in EVERY f**king game he plays. He runs hard, he tackles well, he offloads well... what is not to like about Trev's game?
Plum/Picker in for Cositgan.

Tilse played like a f**king girl last night but there is plenty of talent and potential there, if we can just getting him fired up and hitting the line with pace, we'll be right. Grow some balls Tilsey and f**king rip in

I'll say this first , I like Tilse as a player.
But we use him so wrong , he is not a player that can bend the defensive line back, get him running wide , he is tall , he has long arms , so let him f*king use them. He needs to offload the ball , there was NO second phase play by us last night. We start doing this then we start creating chances.
Once Logan and Thommo left the field our go forward stopped, Weyman had the fumbles and Tilse was getting stopped as soon as someone touched him. Miller runs straight and cant pass so its easy to line up 3 guys up and stop him. Thurling is a must as is Plum , both players can break the line.

While I hate digging up the past, you can thank one M Elliot for destroying Tilse's offload. Tilse should be hard to contain and offloading at will with his frame - Elliot tried to turn him into a battering ram.

One positive is that he has improved his defence. Pulled off some good hits and a couple of great covering tackles.

dude its about time we stop using Elliott as an excuse ... Henry is now in charge ... he has half of this season to prove himself cause I havent seen a whole lot yet that gives me that warm fuzzy feeling

Agreed Tilse is a ball player. He should come off the bench like Fittler has mason doing..but wider out where he can offload to centre/wing...and Logan doing the same on the other side.Leave it to weyman...thurling to do the spade work.Weyman hasnt created anything off the bench, has surely lost his "potential" tag and we should get some value out of him from the start of games...

Matt, how you can single out Weyman from the 4 front rowers last night is beyond me. He was the only one who looked like breaking the line. Logan and Thompson need to have a good look at themselves imo.
