Michael Franti concert

Anybody been/gone to any of the current Michael Franti shows? I went last night to the Tivoli gig and gotta say, wow what a performance. One of the best live gigs I've seen in a long time. Was supported by Blue King Brown. If anyone gets the chance, I recommend checking out their EP BKB001.

He's great live - I saw him a few years ago at the Enmore and not one person was sitting down - I've never seen a crowd react to an artist like it. I saw him after that at the Hordern and it was just way too big.

I wouldn't pay the money he's after these days to see him (given I've seen him a few times already including an accoustic show) after his last few albums, but if you haven't seen him, it's worth seeing.
