Wrong.

You doubt Ivans love for May

I did too. But nothing this year pointed to Ivan playing mind games. Aside from messing around with Leniu he has been pretty predictable. Tago would be named if he was to play.

Ivan dropped May last week... so can't love him too much.

That bench make up makes no sense. Going to be Capewell to centres if we lose a back

Injuries would of been the perfect time to bring Tago in. Tago in for Kenny and is the best 17 we could name

I thought tago centre and May 14 would've been our strongest roster under the circumstances. I'm not an nrl level coach though.

Atleast Capewell is better than May. Who isn't though?

Ivan didn't drop May. He rewarded him with a week off.

Makes perfect sense, he trusts May to defend at minimum competently at centre, while he doesn't know if Tago can, and tonight wasn't the night to try him and find out.

Personally while I'm confident May can make his defensive reads reasonably well there he's looked so slow lately that I'm not sure he won't get found out for speed. I don't know that he's even faster than Capewell.

Fake edit, ok no it doesn't make sense. Well I suppose it half does, but May at half sucks because Burton's long boot is soooooo much better than Luai's and May's. Trying to maintain combinations, keeping that left side unchanged.
