Oh come on be honest, you're just jealous. Your team defeated an undermanned team. Last year, we defeated your team, twice. The Panthers won the minor premiership, and made it to the grand final, yes I know that was a lost game. This year, we have 7 players out on Origin duty, and one suspended. We are coming first, and we will make it to the grand final, Can you say the same about the West Tigers? No you can't.

Indeed. Whether the game plan was for him to play as an extra forward or whether it was just due to necessity isn't clear. But the half who can make 44 tackles and be scintillating in attack hasn't debuted yet. As I mentioned before, even Lockyer couldn't do it yet it is expected of a back-up.

It does though. Both halves struggled, the centres on both sides saw no ball

You'd have a point if Burton, Kikau, Crichton and co carved up but left side and right side both struggled due to the poor service from 9 and lack of go forward

I can't remember a half even making 44 attempted tackles. So it was done differently and backfired
