yeah cyanide is also good....pretty much i think all of them are pretty good cept III and all nightmare long, the latter isnt terrible...but not up there with the others.

Metallica's Ulrich Downplays 'Death Magnetic' Leak

Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich has commented on the premature release of the band's new album, "Death Magnetic", via a French record store. A shop in Paris reportedly sold a number of copies of the CD this morning well ahead of its official September 12 worldwide release date — with illegal "Death Magnetic" MP3 files making their way online by this afternoon.


During a guest appearance earlier today on "The Woody Show" on the San Francisco, California radio station Live 105 (Kits 105.3 FM), Ulrich stated about the French leak, "Listen, we're ten days from release. I mean, from here, we're golden. If this thing leaks all over the world today or tomorrow, happy days. Happy days. Trust me. Ten days out and it hasn't quote-unquote fallen off the truck yet? Everybody's happy. It's 2008 and it's part of how it is these days, so it's fine. We're happy."

I think its good he isnt blowing up like he did the whole napster thing. Fact is even if it has been leaked, its still gonna top the charts and sell like a son of a b*tch. Im gonna be buying it, just happy to listen a couple of weeks early

I can't understand why some people want to hear the same album over and over..

Be an ACDC fan if that's what you want..

I f**king love this album. It's too early to say it's up there with the classics of the eighties but it's bloody good.

I also agree that broken, beat and scarred is awesome.

When i heard the first track (That was just your life) i gotta admit it reminded me of blackened which has got to be a good thing.

I'm starting to get into "The day that never comes", it will be an epic you just need to listen to it at least 20 times to really appreciate the song, it really grows on you.

How good was "All Nightmare Long"? f**k yeah. Could've done without Unforgiven 3 and the songs could generally have gotten to the point a lot faster (or at least wrapped up a bit quicker). But the thing is great.

Just about all of the songs have an extra minute pasted onto the end of them. There's some great riffs, but you can't just whack them in anywhere.
