No, doing the opposite of all that would be what I call a success.

If you look back to my posts from a few years ago, you'd know that I was actually someone who supported Pearce's inclusion into the team even when others had already wanted him gone. His failure in that 2013 series was the last straw for me, it was so obvious that the guy just isn't good enough.

If they don't want to stick with Moylan, why not give Austin or Sezer a go? Or stick with Reynolds, at least Reynolds will kick well, give NSW back to back sets. I'd be worried if I were a NSW fan as none of Maloney/Pearce are great field kickers. I would want one of my halves at least to be a good field kicker.

Some of the softest, most gutless packs ever to grace a football field.
Get done by 50 and the halfback gets blamed, fmd
When are you going to face the reality that Mythchell has been a massive failure at Origin level? Whatever bullshit you want to spout about the lack of quality in the forward packs, Pearce shits the bed at SOO level. He's a decent first grader but time & time again when NSW needed their 7 to win them the game he has failed miserably.

He has had far, far too many chances and the only reason he keeps getting jumpers is because of his surname and the massive lack of depth in the halves for NSW. He has been f*cking deplorable for the Blues.

Austin or Sezer?

Geez how desperate do you think NSW are?

Pearce is 10× the player they are.

If the option is Myth Pearce coming back the answer is "very desperate".

Just stick with Moylan who won his last game at 5/8 or Reynolds if you want a kicking 7.

Austin or Sezer might provide something different though

Lol settle down,
And remove that frown.

I don't disagree with most of that. You just assumed my stance on Pearce at Origin level. Next you'll be assuming my gender!

I was simply pointing out that Pearce is a considerably better player than Austin or Sezer who have been deplorable this year.

I'd be happy for NSW to go Moylan @ 6 and Maloney @ 7.

Did you watch City Vs Country? Moylan was solid at best in a game he should have dominated considering he's an Origin player. Both Gallen and Tamou outplayed him whilst Ross, Peachey and Addo-Car all played better in the back line.

Reynolds came back two weeks ago against Manly and couldn't do anything to stop Souths getting stomped by 40. Austin/Sezer have been pretty average this year.

Might be true but surely NSW are not that desperate to recall Pearce who has been utterly hopeless at this level. It isn't even a question, he is awful. Take a punt, play another option. Picking the same bloke in Pearce over and over again expecting another result is the definition of insanity. Moylan would be my pick if I were NSW.

Good morning team. A certain agitator, for privacy sake, let's call him Adam K... No that's too obvious, uhhh... Let's say A. Kungl, has raised concerns about certain team selection policies.

There is 1 lock in for the halves and that's James Maloney. He can play 6 or 7 (particularly is Daley's horrid structures) so all you need to do is pick another decent half alongside him. And there are plenty of them outside of Pearce who havent stunk up this arena before.

Pearce is shit but these boys are not the answer.

They have been in horrible form
You know how much I hate saying I told you so ol' mate but Sezer has never been worth the money he's paid . . . Austin needs to play outside a Half that can launch him

If Pearce is selected, I'll be willing to throw $10 on him for MOM.

Ch9 will be waiting to jizz all over him if NSW win and he plays an ok game.
