I wasn't a fan of him at fullback, probably bagged him a few times for his performances, but I wouldn't have minded him getting a go at 5/8 if the coach though he was up to it.

Three to six months, so with us that means 8 months. Bryce Gibbs had the same injury and never seemed to fully get over it. Anyway better than another acl

Oh no, whatever will the NRL do without Moltzen....

Oh wait, they can immediately upgrade with any 1st grader to ever exist ever, and plenty of non-first graders.

Agreed. Fullback was the Sheenius' idea. He never got much of a go in the halves. A real 7 like Brooks would have taken the pressure off him. I would rather Tim than Braith.

Moltzens play is perfectly suited to being a five eighth next to a genuinely good halfback.

I'd have Sironen at 6 ahead of Anasta or Austin.

I'm pretty sure we hired a completely new medical team, so he may be out for the first 10 rounds only.

You guys need a total clean out of your coaching and rehab staff. Your injury lists are ridiculous, you seem to have injured more people in training than some teams do during the regular season. There is clearly a fundamental problem with how your players bodies are being trained and conditioned, it was the same thing at Souths a few years ago. Our team was always getting injured at incidents in training

Well there goes the tigers 2014 season...

jk you guys were already f**ked.

Every kid who debuted (or close to) last year exceeded expectations. Guys like tedesco, sironen, nofoaluma, brooks, sue, Buchanan, Simona, korobiete etc...most of these guys weren't good juniors, they were the genuine super stars of their age groups. Then add guys like woods (who is still only 23 believe it or not) and farah along with another bunch of stars coming through. If they progress in 2014 like they did in 2013 and we manage to keep them all, we will be a top premiership contender in 2015.

There's a few good'n's amongst the tigers when you spell it out like that, it's weird how shitty they seem.

That said I don't rate all the guys you just mentioned, but I do think sironen, nofoaluma, and koroibete are legit top players of the future, while woods and farah provide solid service.
2015 might be a reasonable time frame to expect some success.

You can't expect 18/19/20 year olds to come into first grade and be sensations immediently..especially when your team has 8 or 9 of them at once. Guys like Dylan walker have is so much easier coming into a successful team then someone like nofoaluma did. If anything last year the senior players let us down. Guys like benji, anasta, Blair, bell, lote, lawrence, ayshford and even Galloway were so far From their best it wasnt funny. The only senior players who could hold their head high were woods and fulton. It was the said senior players who let us down in 2013, not the rookies.

Very good point you make. Farah, Woods and Fulton were the only senior players who played like FG material.I must mention that Blair started to show some good form towards the end of the season and provided some leadership for the young guys. I hope he can improve on this and add some much needed grunt up the middle.

i thought farah was disappointing in 2013, maybe it was just the extreme high standards we have for him now but yeah, thought he was a bit down on previous years. agree re blair though, he was pretty good towards the end of the year after he got moved to prop.

A victim of his own success in a way, he has played so well that a little drop in form is noticeable, but also consider how bad Marshall was which makes Farah have to try to do more and more rather than play his natural game

Tone kindly stay the f**k out of the Tigers forum. It's hard enough reading your dribble in the main forum. Everyone knows you have zero credibility and you are an absolute laughing stock over there.

Tell us again how Dave Taylor is one of the best league players to ever play the game. Or tell us about Robbie "Farrah" and Ricky "Stewart".

Just saw an injury update on the WT website: http://www.weststigers.com.au/news-display/Wests-Tigers-injury-update/81257

From what I see, pretty decent news across the park. Sironen and Brooks were not mentioned so I'm assuming their minor injuries earlier are completely done and dusted.
Lawrence back at full training, Galloway and BMM are still on the mend which is a little bit concerning. I'm fearing another injury plagued season for big Keithy (I hope to god i am wrong).

Simona 3 months into 6 month surgery is good news. I suspect he will come into the side like round 4-5
