Ok finally back from Sydney. I'll cook some dinner then tell you what I know. Not really ground breaking or anything though. Also, I'm sober for the first time I've been on so I can make more sense of the info.

Perth is in Eastern Australia.

Lol. I was sus on Mis for trying to start a train on BM when it had already been established he was town. BM is an easy lynch for a lazy mafia in most cases.

Couldn't have been that I was drunk at cricket all day yesterday and hadn't read the thread...

Given I can't role-claim, I can't tell you anything to dissuade you from what will be a cataclysmic and stupid move on the town's part.

I also have better things to do than try and convince you right now, so lynch me or wait three hours until I'm back from what I'm doing.

It is fitting that it's the man known in mafia circles as Derp-Sta that you're basing this train off.

Actually, before I go:

What exactly has been 'suspicious' Drew? I quickly went back through my posts and they've all been:

- Day one discussion of Monkey Magic's origins, jokingly accusing CJ of being the Monkey King, and no vote.
- Explaining to you guys that there'd be a delay in the update while on a bus and high.
- Saying I had a feeling about BM which I backed off on when others pointed out he seems to be town.

----

What, exactly, are you basing your suspicion off?

 Calm your old fella, Mis. Anyone would think you'd just jumped into bed with a stunner only to find they had a swinging cod between the legs.

This post was odd. It wasn't an OMGUS post, but it did kinda perk my curiosity. You went looking for a something to lynch on, which is unusual on day 1.

The flip to cj was odd. No real reason. That got my attention most.

This was strange. BM was on 5, you'd been looking for a lynch, and yet you keep off 'tradition' for no real reason. It clinches the no vote. If I was a betting man, Hoppers and Mis were a team.

Your response above is interesting too.

Given I can't role-claim, I can't tell you anything to dissuade you from what will be a cataclysmic and stupid move on the town's part.

This is appeal to emotion. A common mafia ploy.

It is fitting that it's the man known in mafia circles as Derp-Sta that you're basing this train off.

This is meta gaming, by attacking the players character as a way to discredit his claim. Which, at the time, was quite weak. Yet you come out full guns blazing. Interesting.

Then you back it up by claiming you've done nothing wrong.

Quite interesting. I won't say I'm totally sold, but there's some compelling reason to go with my gut.

Also, soc is not mafia, judging by this post. He would have no reason to worry about the lynch going through if he was mafia, and in fact wouldn't mention his change in vote.

Change vote: No Vote

Yes, but then he doesn't lynch Hoppity when the train is well and truly available to be hammered; instead he goes no vote.

Either Hoppity and Mis are in league, or Mis is solo and no voted in the hope to make sure he looks town, or simply town.

But there's evidence to suspect the first of the three. Hoppity's decision to side with me is buddying too.

Anyway. Some worthwhile stuff to go off there I think.

Night 1. I tracked Bazal - PM from Hogg said "Vanilla town".

I thought it was a bit odd. But figured he'd just derped or boosted my role from a track to investigation.

Night 2. Tracked CJ. - PM came back CJ did not act last night.

Which to me seems more like my power actually working correctly (note in my ramblings I mentioned something to do with Weird power happenings)

To conclude my thoughts, I think whoever is our alignment investigator. They or myself were copped with a power swap/bus drive/redirect thingamabob night one.

Day one voting patterns are almost impossible to read, given it's mostly just being silly. I accused CJ of being Sun Wu Kong (the Monkey King) simply because he didn't know who the Monkey King was.

As to your analysis of my defense, that can be applied to all defenses, both legitimate and fake. It's pointless to analyse anything other than a BM ragequit defense.

And even those have been covers sometimes.

I didn't meta you. I just point out that you've developed a reputation for making bad calls in mafia. It's not meta to point that out when it's you accusing me, however facetiously you were doing it; and I know you're basing it on nothing.
