If Packer makes parole in January i say f### it! Give him another chance. We are about redemption these days anyway it seems. I bet another club picks him up if he indeed makes early parole. Only 12 months out of the game. I do not agree with what he did on any level and found it abhorrent. That said he did his time. That is the law.

Good to see some of our players are not only stupid on the field.

Lol... Who's next in line for a run at prop? Tinkler might have to put on a jersey and run out soon hahaha

Bring back stone f**k me at least the lads behaved.

Didn't they catch Wicks while Stoney was at the helm?

f**k me. Bennett cops a lot of crap, some justified, a lot not, but blaming coaches for this stuff is ridiculous. Tets has been connected to AVOs and assault. He's got bad behaviour in him. This sort of thing is the responsibility of the man himself, not his club or coach. If someone in your work place got charged with assault and was issued an AVO on his own time would you blame your employer for his actions or just think the bloke was a tool?

Agree 100%. Players need to take responsibility for their own actions and it is the same in any organisation. They are not children.

Sounds like a good opportunity to blood some youth with Tets and Mason out. Are there any props in the lower grades who are putting their hand up?

He seems to be a serial offender... and he must be dumb as shit because he's got the perfect opportunity for a long stint in first grade at the moment.

It's a bit of a shame, he actually carries the ball better than most of our forwards. Can't defend much, but could have done a job from the bench this year. I certainly won't lose any sleep about losing him long term, he's never going to be any more than he is at the moment... but we kinda need him at the moment.

Vaivai seems the logical call-up I would've thought. When he played alongside Sims I always thought there was a struck match between them - both churned out plenty of quality yards, and while Sims was perhaps the more physical I felt Vaivai was more of a 'modern' front rower with excellent footwork at the line and the ability to ball-play.

I haven't seen much of him this year, but he's a starting front rower in NSW Cup so that has to mean something.

IF the kids from HC make the grade we could get a silver lining out of this hell. Albeit one that will take a couple of seasons to gel.

If we buy a dozen of Krispy Kreme doughnuts as an incentive, he'll be on the first plane back from Singapore:lol:
