EDDIE JONES IN SHOCK LINK TO THE SHARKS

Eddie Jones, the two-time Rugby World Cup runner-up coach, has emerged as a shock option for the Sharks in 2021.

Jones has reportedly been identified as a bolter for the top job if the Sharks look to move on from young head coach John Morris and don’t bring back Shane Flanagan if the NRL relaxes his coaching ban.

The Daily Telegraph reported the link between Jones, who coached the Wallabies to a loss in the 2003 World Cup final before returning to the 2019 decider with England, and the Sharks.

But a report from the UK claims “no conversations” have taken place between the Jones camp and English rugby, where he remains under contract until 2023, the next Rugby World Cup year.

“The Independent understands that no approach has been made to either Jones or the Rugby Football Union and no private conversations have taken place,” reported Independent rugby writer Jack de Menezes.

The game consists of Slothfield not getting the inside word anymore from Flanno so he starts up the rumours (last Sunday's paper)
He then gets his minions (Hooper and Kent) to follow up during the week to make the rumour seem more viable.
The game if Buzz has been going ever since the Flange was shown the door

Why Flanno or anyone at the Club would give that sensationalist hack anything to right about is mind numbing.

There is a another theory coming out of my sozzled brain, that Fuzzy Buzz is confusing Jones with Cheika.The latter at the Roosters now assisting their coach . Cheika was brought up on rugby league.

I must of missed something seriously Morris was thrown in the deep end with salary cap fines, over rated million $ duds, half the squad injured!!! Has developed a bunch of youth and keeping us competitive. Has a great media presence ( compared to Flano ) has to be cheap. I’m happy to extend his deal not end it!! We nearly won rd 1 & 2 against top teams then had to deal with the restart with the whole cherry pie going on with it.
My only criticism of him is over Chad but it’s a tuff spot to axe him straight up.
I don’t put any of loses on Morris.
