I was critical of the Mbye signing but he seems like really good team player with a great attitude. As long as Hook doesn’t have any brain explosions & baring injuries keeps him as a bench utility I think he’ll be a great addition.

His comments on Sloan are great to hear, the kid’s legend continues to grow. He’s going to be very special.

Mbye will be good for the team. He has a wealth of experience and if he can bring some of his former Bulldogs form into his game this year we will be laughing.

Sloan is well thought of by everyone in the club. Just hope he remains humble and not let all of the praise get to him.

Disagree re Mitch rein comparison.
Moses is a good player and has smarts for the halves. He is slow passing the ball out of dummy half but that can improve.

Let's hope so. Quickness of service is essential from dummy half. Decisions need to be made on the run so good vision is important - just ask Cameron Smith.

Mbye needs to improve his passing from dummy half. Three shockers caused a breakdown in play for us. One was on the shoulder of a rampaging JDB, our busiest forward. Moses certainly has the vision and skill to make a killing at either hooker or the halves.

Met Moses this evening at the local supermarket at Sans Souci and had a brief chat. He said that they felt they should have won the game . Also said Hook has a great calming effect on the team .. he is playing at 9 next few weeks but would love a chance in the halves .. he said the crowd noise was unbelievable and really pumped the team up in the 2nd half..

Yes I noticed his poor execution when passing the pill at dummy half as well.........must have delved into our archives and been watching old footage of Dean Young........ he was a shocker at it.

Sua should fight Grade 2, They gave NAS a slap on the wrist and Ramien Grade 1 with all similar force.
In fact there is enough evidence from the first 3 games that did not even get charged or only got fined that was similar.

Absolutely but Saints are gutless and take anything the NRL throws at them without a fight. Very weak club at management level. If the Storm copped what Saints have been for the last year or so, they would be going off deluxe hence why the NRL does nothing to them. Plenty of evidence from other games that suggest Sua's was not as bad as the ones that did not get a 1 week ban. Pretty easy battle which they can prove the inconsistencies and bias towards Saints if they did not get let off like all others.

Very harsh. Sua has been great besides bullshit sin bins. Woods has also been above average.
