It's about Beer!!
My particular favourite at the moment, is Jimmy Squires.
Not the pale, not the pilsener .
The Indian!!!
Blizzardly cold & decapped it emits a tang with the aroma that is enticing & not displeasing, like some of the mass produced chem beers.
When viewed from a shapely beer glass, the reddy amber colour, is perfectly matched to the taste, but more on that in a minute.
The beer obviously has body as the hoppy head is held high for quite a some time, while the gaseous beeds work they way to the top.
On first taste, it will sit you back, as it is a bit different from other beers, with a very complex palate.
It is fresh. It is fruity. It is dry.
Serve it ice, ice cold & enjoy the hoppy, malty flavour with some Indian food. believe it or not, they go perfectly together.
It is also closeto 6% Alc. so it kicks azz as well.
Give it a go!! Today!
Rating 9/10
