I loved his article last week where he was talking about salary cap concessions for long serving players actually get used to top up contracts of young blokes and how an unnamed player, lets call him Duke Rocketson got pushed out of his club becuase of it.

Paul Kent since being posted in the UK has improved though when looking at the quaility of the journo's in our game, it ain't as hard as it once was.

In all seriousness I'm hearing from a source that he's about to get his own ninemsn video segment called 'Weidler's Wrap' which is basically an extension of his Footy Show piece - but uploaded two to three times a week on the ninemsn sports site. It is an attempt by the web producers there to get people to actually visit their sports site and not just foxsports.com.au - good luck to them and since Weidler isn't loved by everyone it may get more people on the site just to see what he has rumour wise. It's actually quite smart from a marketing standpoint.
