No, but plenty of African Americans certainly do?

No they don't. What makes an African living in America any more capable of an athlete than an African living in any other f**king country?

what about French-Africans and British-Africans? Do they lack the cultural genius to run fast:lol:

You're a deluded f**kwit who's been brainwashed by the yank media. As I keep telling you.

Last I checked Usain Bolt wasn't African-american.

Where is Spies' speed verified and how long ago? On Wiki? You're having a larf. Every google entry about Spies running the 100m says the same thing, which indicates that it's just copies and pasted from Wiki.

So when did he run this 10.7s? In school? When he weighed 90kgs?

If he runs 10.7 how quick does Habana run the 100m in?

Some of these sprint times are urban myths. Much like Jonah Lmou's much vaunted sub-11s 100m.

Haban runs the 100 m in 10.4 seconds.

And Jonah Lomu had a verified sub 11 100 metre time.

You understand that word, verified? I know it's foreign to you as an NFL fan. Please stop projecting the deceitful ways of your sport onto mine.

Some sprint times are urban myths, some aren't.

Ugo Monye can run a 100 m in 10.6 verified.
Ngwenya has a verified 10.5.
Chavanga can run the 100 m in 10.2 seconds. Verified.

There's plenty of super fast league and union players who could have an average career on the sprint circuit if they wanted too(but why the f**k would they?)

Do you know how lame the life of an underachieving average athlete is? Why would anyone want that over rugby?

Chavanga holds the Zimbabwe 200 metre record. He could compete in the olympics at the top level. Even he wants nothing to do with sprinting. It's not an easy career.

Also some of you are morons of the highest order. a Sub 11 is not as rare as you'd like to think. I had a friend who ran a 10.9 without any real training. He was in the Harlequins academy ranks but gave it up because he didn't like the game.

He could have easily(and he's an idiot till this day) stuck with it, became a professional and been running a 10.5 with the right training.

He isn't African-American either:roll:

I ran the 100 in 5.9 when I was 17 in bare feet with ankle weights on but you don't see me bragging. Then again I don't hold the Zimbabwe 200m record so I guess I should hand over the crown.

Also Frank Paul Nuuausala runs the hundred in sub-6 seconds. Without any real training. You're acting like a giant tool in this thread, verified.

Will Genia - would make a great dummy-half.

Quade Cooper - a super 5/8.

The massive Pommy winger (6'7" and 115kg). Brutal second-rower with blistering speed to boot.

And Dan Carter, obviously.

Wilkinson's chip, regather and flick back inside was as brilliant as anything you will see on any football paddock. As you say, his defence is very strong and, for such a prettyboy, he is as hard as.

TBH I'm not too sure about likening the demands of dummyhalf play to what Genia does so well.

Think about Wilkinson is that every Nigel and uni bird thing Johnny is a f**king NFL kicking machine when in truth he can do much more else as he has a f**king great brain and i have seen him score some great tries and at the end of the day he is all bloodied and brusied.
But saying that he is a big League and NFL fan.

that is rubbish...

Wilkinson is a good defender, who does put in work. But he can't put a bloke into a hole to save his life. Did you watch that last 20 mins of England desperately attacking but having absoloutely nothing... Wilkinson has no pace or agility to attack the line and so he rarely does. He can't attack direct with the ball in two hands and then throw a cut our pass to supports.

Where are these great tries he's scored?

It doesn't matter who's got the fastest time, football speed is much more different. Billy Slater isn't even the fastest at Melbourne yet everyone thinks he's one of the fastest in the league.
When it comes to union players I don't think any of those big time wingers could of caught Caucau, best I've seen and the biggest wasted Talent ever really.
St George were gonna sign him last year but as he does he didn't go through with it.
