But is it just me or is Ballack non-existent at Chel$ki? No, it isn't just me, he isn't in your European side.

What about Sheva? Wasn't he well on his way to breaking all kinds of goal-scoring records in the Serie A, Champs League, and for AC Milan? Wasn't he THE best striker in the world when he was signed? Yes is the answer to both those questions but now he is hard-pressed to get a starting spot let alone bag goals game in, game out.

Others you missed out...

Florent Malouda - Was establishing himself as the best winger in the world and fast!

cAshley Cole - Was by many regarded as the best left-back in the world untill when you signed him.

Claude Makelele - He was already regarded as the best anchor-playing midfielder at Real Madrid.

Michael Essien - He was a record transfer was he not? Was already established as one of the best in the world.

And there's more. Plenty more!

Malouda - Has only just joined, waaaay too early to comment on him.

Cashley Cole - Can die in a fire as far as I'm concerned, I was against him joining, but not only did he joined we lost Gallas FFS :( I rated Wayne Bridge ahead of cole anyday of the week and still do, I'd put bridge as left back for England as well. He was good for Arsenal, but a world class left back? no f**ken way. Overrated, just like others in the England national side, this is why they never achieve anything because their players are overrated and everyone thinks they are all world class, we both know they are not all world class.

Makelele - Has done well for us, nothing bad about him at all.

Essien - Not a world class player when he joined, is doing great for us.

Ballack & Sheva are not made for english football, the evidence is there.

Jose was the greatest thing ever for Chelsea. He finally gave them some history! As well as giving everyone a good laugh :D
I'd love to see him manage Australia.

All this talk about Mourinho -> Australia makes me think, could we afford him. Surely another national team could pay him more. Plus, Spews are in desperate search of a manager *hint*Mourinho*hint* but Ramos is heavily linked with that spot and if he leaves Sevilla they will need a coach *hint*Mourinho*hint*.

We won't get him. I guarantee it.

Your having a laugh if you think The Special One would consider Australia.

Anyway, wherever he goes he will win.

Chelsea have lost a great manager, and the fans deserve a full explanation as to why.

As soon as Roman started interfering in the 3rd season bringing in slimy turds like Arnesen and Grant as well as Ballack and Shevchenko things went pair shaped.

In time he will look back and realise the monumental mistake he has made.

is it just me or does ballack have an ankle injury?

I know :( Had to say something...

But, really, you tell me that he hasn't failed miserably at Chelsea! He barely gets a starting spot and never performs when he does. Wether that's him or Chelsea, I'm not sure...but I think it can be put down to Chelsea.

it was already know before ballack signed that mourinho didn't want ballack because he is the EXACT same type of player as lampard and mourinho has preference to lampard. roman wanted the best of the best and ballack wanted money

i don't know about united, i think he might of. i think he said barca would of been his best option. barcelona 2 years ago or inter would of been the go. he's a f**king idiot for signing with chel$ki. and it's going to get worse if he signs for real. if he signs for real his career is over

Reports: Grant to succeed Mourinho
September 20 2007
Avram Grant will be appointed Jose Mourinho's permanent successor at Chelsea, according to the media.

Despite a host of high-profile figures being linked with the newly-vacant post of manager at Stamford Bridge, the BBC claims that the relatively unknown Grant will replace Mourinho.

The current Director of Football at Chelsea, Grant previously managed the Israeli national team. After spending a season at Portsmouth as the club's Technical Director, he moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Tellingly, he is described as a 'close friend' of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.
