Movies that made you walk out of the cinema

Yep.

Pixels was at least a bit of fun. Cloverfield gave me migraines with all its shaky camera. And the characters were so meh, I just wanted to see the 'alien' kill them all.
Yeah, I don't get how Pixels was so hated, maybe because I was an 80s kid so all the references were for me but I quite enjoyed it for a fun pop corn movie.

I'm an 80s kid too.

My kids and I have watched it dozens of times. Good fun. My kids got in to retro gaming and Cheap Trick out of it.

It's basically a re-heated Ghostbusters. Still...was fun. Especially in 3D.

Just as an aside, despite how shite some of Sandler's films are, usually have decent soundtracks.

I don’t think I’ve walked out of any movie at a cinema. Probably because I’m a tight-arse so it would go against the wasting money principle.

I can’t think of too many that were worthy of it anyway. Actually I just did, Wild Wild West. I was in Melbourne trying to waste time is probably the only reason I watched that whole shitshow.

I live too far from a cinema now, but watching movies in my home theatre, I don’t have the patience or desire to waste time on anything that doesn’t grab me by the 10-20 minute mark. I’ve turned off many things I’ve recorded on foxtel. Even things I’ve bought, like Alien and Bram Stoker’s Dracula that I recently got on Bluray 4K . Particularly the latter I thought I loved, but I was bored and turned it off half way through. I watched about a quarter of Alien and did the same.

Can't recall ever walking out on a movie in the cinema, came pretty close though. My brother and I were sitting in an almost empty theatre watching the first Austin Powers, after 10-15 minutes we both looked at each other as if to say "why did you make me come and watch this shit", then all of a sudden the jokes started landing and we got through it ok.

I took my mum to see There's Something about Mary, between Stiller getting his Road Map to Mudgee caught in his zipper and Cameron Diaz styling her hair with jizz, I never wanted to be anywhere else as much ever in my life. Mum was having a great laugh though lol
Haha
My mum took my Little sister and I to see The Blue Lagoon when we were about 7 and 9.
Soft porn.

Was not expecting to see Alien on this list.

If I had seen Fantasy Island in a cinema I would have walked out about 20 mins in. Easily the worst movie I've seen since the Street Fighter movie in the 90s.
