Not even half the stuff going on out there has been reported.

The club have done wrong here not the player. He was drinking injured for a reason.

If this player swap of Maloney and Moylan happens then there must be an issue with Flanagan and Maloney.

Why on earth would you swap a two time Premiership winning 5/8 with a 86% goal kicking strike rate this season for a player who has yet to dominate in any real way.

Don't give Gould a chance to clean up his mess!!!!!

“My understanding is essentially he’s had a falling out with the coach Anthony Griffin, that he’s not happy there, there’s a bit of a split within the camp against the coach ... there’s more players and it’s been going on for some time.

“It happened last year when Penrith trailed Manly 24-4 at half time and Anthony Griffin put him on the spot and embarrassed him in front of his teammates.

“Penrith actually came back and won the game 31-24 ... but from that moment Moylan’s attitude at the club has changed.

“Since that incident he’s become a little bit tardy, he’s late for promotions, he occasionally skips out of training for toilet breaks and different things.

So the coach gives him a spray and he has a sook? Terrible player, seems he has a terrible attitude also.

Maloney -> Cronk -> Nu Brown -> Daylight -> Flanno Jr -> Daylight -> Wade -> Daylight -> Moylan
Mate, you don't spray the captain in front of the troops. You want to undermine the captain? Because that's how you undermine the captain. Especially a young one who is learning his own team management style in the run.

Ftr I don't want to lose Maloney, but I think some of the f**kin arm chair cowards around here are very hard on Moylan.

Same here mate. No way do I want to lose Jimmy. I understand why he is asking for a bump in his contract but at the same time HE signed the deal. If something better comes along for Jimmy and Moylan becomes a realistic option then at the same time I'd be happy for this to happen. Both very different 5/8's and on his day Moylan is up there with the best.

What about the bloke on $60k pa that also has personal issues.

That's the bloke I worry about, not some pussy footballer on 10 times that much.

He ought to go back to the real world (like most of his team's supporters) & then he might have something to sook about.

Is that really the right way to go about it though? Even if the club has done wrong?

I'm not saying two wrongs make a right but what I am saying is the panthers should come clean. They or should I say "Gus" is talking to the media and just putting a spin on everything as per usual.

They have a history of treating long serving players like trash when something better comes along. Luckily for us we have been the beneficiary of one of those in Lewie.

Maloney is old, our team is old. Something has to give. He's not been happy all year. Cant see that changing unless he gets his new deal and then we sign him to a contract until he's 34/35 and thats not good for the club.

The funny thing then is for the past few months Gould has been talking about a toxic NSW culture.

Are you saying the hypocrite is overseeing a toxic culture at the Panthers?

So the more money you have, the less affected you are by personal issues? What garbage.

Don't see how you can comment on Moylan's leave without knowing what's going on.

Maloney is 31, he's not past it yet. Really he's at the perfect age to allow Flanno Jnr a year playing against men and then hopefully into firsts in 2019/20.

The whole age thing is very overrated at times.

Forgetting Townsend? He wont be dropped for Flanno Jnr in the next few seasons at least. On too much coin.

No not forgetting him at all. I was implying Maloney for another year or 2 then a Chad/Flanno combo. No difference these days between half or 5/8.
