Panthers attack yesterday was pus, the only reason we survived the last 10 minutes. Maloney could have had us on toast and is streets ahead of most halfbacks in the NRL, but yeah, he's still missing tackles.

the sharks won yesterday.
moylan contributed very little to that.
bukkake week in here is it?
missed the invite.

moyzaaaaa!!

If you count a try assist, two line break assists, a line break and 200 metres or so from kicks as not contributing much. And he defended well. I'll take that "not good" performance every week.

Don't get the constant Townsend hate either. Sure, he is not as good as Cronk or Thurston.

But he is one of the best short kickers in the game. Not just adequate, one of the best. And his long kicking is pretty good, and looks better this year. And he is a handy back up goal kicker. And he is not a liability in defence, unlike many halves.

Not sure what people are wanting from him.

Absolutely.

To be frank, I don’t care who people choose to scapegoat. No different to me with a string of nuffies we have had.

Hating on Coifee shows a total lack of understanding for the game and his role.

Take him out of the team and it falls apart completely.

Chad has been well below what he can produce.
Dropping the ball cold f**king kills teams
...and he’s been dropping the ball cold regularly.

Moylans best trait is perfect timing and soft hands passing when he is right at the defensive line, Just like the Sorenson try. But i dont think the team is being coached for this. Holmes or Duges need to run with Moyza and head straight for any holes in the defensive line, he will put them straight through.

Edit: Maloney has been the better of the two so far this year though.

yeah and whats the rest?
4 missed tackles, 3 errors, 1 penalty conceeded and 27 metres gained.
poor defensive effort at the end directly leading to a try and late come back effort.
take scotty sorensens amazing effort out of it where moylan earns a try assist and a line break assist being the distributor.
no doubt good ball but lets not kid ourselves it was all on sorensen.
but kudos for actually stating the FACTS!
there were two good halves on sunday.
the ones we had.
those are the facts.

Chad played better with Moylan outside of him. Moylans presence on both sides, drew defenders aay from Chad. We don't get that from Hodgo, hence chad well tied up.
The value of a player is not just how good he is , but how good everybody else becomes, becaue he is there.
A value not placed up on Barba when we "forgave him" with a $350k offer.

That was clearly evident by the way the Dragons f**king smashed Chad every time he got the ball.
There was no need to worry about hodgko as he is so slow they had him covered .
Moyza on the other hand creates a big if unpredictability and has the opposition guessing.

Bradley’s inside ball to Ramzos was also a step up.

How f**king good game as it to hear the name Sorenson being called out at Shark park again.
He looks every inch a top first grader.

Sorenson’s run that led to him scoring was very similar to the way he scored against Manly in the trial game this year.

Yet when Graham comes back he’ll be lucky to hold a bench spot.

I really do think a switch of Graham to lock and Sorensen to left edge backrower would be a smart move.

When Gallen comes back he’d be better off with more quality minutes than quantity and coming off the bench. I’m sorry but Gallen’s form has significantly dropped this season. Everything he does is so much slower now and the hit up on the 4th tackle just kills our attacking momentum.

Watch how many points we score in coming weeks and the more open attacking style that develops. Last weekend was a breath of fresh air.

There is not a chance in far king hell Sorro will replace Wado on the left. Nor should he. When he has set up & scored a thousand trys, kicked a few thousand repeats sets off his LEFT foot & smashed every oppositions playmaker a few thousand times, then maybe.
Until, its great to have Sorro in the team & he deserves a bench spot.

That sounds great but it hasn’t exactly being playing out that way this year.

2-4 this year with Wade on the left.

12 tries in those games for us at an average of 2 tries a game.

How many of those tries were due to Graham?

1 game this season without Graham on the left and we score 4 tries.

I love Graham as a player but he’s probably more suited to lock forward these days. Time for Gallen to take a seat. Time to start blooding in the younger forwards as I reckon both Gallen and Lewis retire this year. We need the injection of youth.

Spot on! Sorenson made a couple of nice breaks in the trials doing that. Starting wide and Angling inwards against a sliding defence. It looks easy enough to do. Dont know why we dont do it more often. Imagine Feefs being one or two passes wide and then running those lines off a short ball. You wouldnt stop him. EVER.
