Ah bugger, I liked his rants. I think he would've enjoyed SJ's last hurrah, even if it was to steal victory from his sharkies. Was he a kiwi or just had a soft spot for us?

shiii, that's terrible to see :(

LU seems to be somewhat of a family, and it seems a lot of us have been here well over 15 years so it's sad seeing something like this, even if it's someone whose not primarily a Warriors fan

100%. I’ve been posting on LU or its predecessors for 25 years now. Sadly that inevitably means some old familiar faces pass away occasionally.

He loved Stacey mate. He was fond of SJ.
He also loved Ezra Mann.

Thanks for making this thread, he did love posting in here as well as the Sharks.
I only met him in real life once but we had a great laugh and time.

RIP. Had a number of interactions with Mr Angry over the years, if I'm honest (no offence anyone) a lot of the faceless "profiles" on forums tend to blend together in my mind a bit but Mr A was always someone with a very distinctive persona.

This also sort of makes me yearn for the "glory days" on LU. Have been here 21+ years and never really left, but I do most of my posting in this sub forum these days and definitely feel like there was a loss of continuity at some point where I lost touch with a lot of the old guard of posters. Once upon a time (20-odd years ago ffs) the FFB was really rocking and there was much more of an active "social scene" on LU, nerdy as that is to say.
