This should be something special and not to be missed by anybody, including non wrestling fans.

This bloke has lived one of the more amazing lives you will hear about and looks like over 6 episodes they will go pretty deep.

I predict this to go viral like tiger king because it is done by the same director and also, like tiger king where Joe was arrested during the middle of the documentary being filmed, Vince was stood down for sexual misconduct midway through this being filmed.

I can't wait to watch this.

Fans of wwe know just how weird of a guy Vince is. I suspect this could be very interesting viewing. In light of the current scandals and allegations against him I can’t see them going easy on him.

Watched every episode and my summary is there's not enough about Vince, just more focused on everything WWE and Vince stuff we all knew.

I've seen better fan made and WWE documentaries that go into more detail about the business and Vince than this clickbait of a series.

I know people will watch it still but really you dont learn anything at all.

Yeah, it didn't really deliver. It's more of a chronicling of a couple of key moments in WWE history with Vince's commentary. I guess a lot of the stuff would be more interesting to those who didn't already know about the Screwjob or whatever. I was hoping it would be more of a biography scrutinising McMahon, which it never fully leaned into.

Also, wow, Bret Hart really is full of himself.
I used to love Bret Hart as a kid and teen, he was my favorite wrestler for a while. But as I got older, I started to dislike him more because of his bitterness and massive ego. Shawn Michaels has found peace, Brett needs to do the same.

Bret is one who seems to differ based on what side of bed he got out of. I’ve seen him do interviews where he flames Shawn and Hunter. I’ve also seen him do interviews where he speaks very highly of both.

I’ve never heard him say a good word about Goldberg or Hogan but there are others he always speaks highly of. Austin, Undertaker, and so on.

I guess the thing is that he is so self absorbed. It colours my view of the screw job. In hindsight, I think Bret really did screw Bret

Bret is tapped and always has been. For a bloke who was at the top for a long time he is a bitter mother f**ker.

Ultimately Vince screwed him, he made the decision and no one else. Bret absolutely played his role though by not wanting to do the job in Montreal.

I've only watched two episodes so far but for me the main issue so far is Vince's career would takes a lot more than 6 episodes to do justice. A documentary on him is by extension a documentary on the WWF/E and arguably a documentary on the North American professional wrestling scene in general.

The major topics discussed in the first two episodes are

Hulkamania and the advent of Wrestlemania
Vince going national and the destruction of the territories
The Zahorian Steroid trial
The working schedule in the late 80s
Various scandals from that era
The downturn of the business in the early 90s
Turner entering the industry and signing Hogan

Each of these are massive topics that could each be 6 episodes long.

I just wanted a documentary on him. None of that other shit we know already.
It was pitched as a series to get to know the real McMahon but all we saw was the Kayfabe Vince spurting out his same old lines and justifications on why he did this and that.

Did anyone learn anything new that has watched this series?
I think the only footage I hadn't seen was the Over the Edge footage where Owen Hart died.
The show continued and got to see some close ups of wrestlers that approached the blood stain where Owen fell.
It was surreal seeing the Rock break character for a split second when he saw the blood.

The Blue Meanie clears up misconception with the blood statin shown on the McMahon doc.

I enjoyed it but even as a relatively casual fan i knew about a lot of the stuff- though it was good to see it so presented in a concise format.
The bit I found the most interesting was the impressions you got of various people’s characters that came through in it, though most of those seem to essentially confirm what we knew about them too.
Like Vince IS a massively problematic deviant but he’s also likeable at times. And you really see how Hogan is both super charismatic and completely self-serving.
