MSN Messenger...

Well here's the deal, all of a sudden MSN freezes when I sign in. It gets to the stage of letting me know who's online, then completely freezes, not responding to anything. But some of my mates can get there email addresses to work on my computer. Also, my log in works on every other computer :roll:

Fair dinkum, I've tried everything I can, re-installing it, re-downloading it etc.
but I'm about to give up. Does anyone know how to fix this??

I have a similar problem but not exactly what you are experiencing.

After everytime i send a message to someone on there, my MSN freezes for about 5 seconds every single time i send one, annoying i know but i have learned to put up with it but this happens to everyone who uses MSN on my computer and not just mine.

Do you save it to Disk or Run it from the location?

If you've put it on your hard drive, delete it, then run it from its location. That should fix it. If it doesn't, then it beats me.

I had a similar problem and it was fixed when I ran it from the location.

I log onto Msgnr and people can talk to me...but i cant see them online and i cant talk back to them....ive checked my keyboard and it works with everything else and ive downloaded msgr again and again but it just doesnt want to work...Does anyone know how to solve this or assist in any way???

Who here has the new messenger?
Whenever i try n talk to someone i get some journal thing about trying to find the source and i cant find the source, which means i gotta f**k around with it or a while n it normally ends up shtting msn down.
