I can tell you it was to do with McGregor.

I tried to tell you all this a couple of months ago but was lambasted for implying that the supercoach (lol) was difficult to work with and too intense.

Well, that's what I've been told by someone directly working at the club. The balance of intensity and a comfortable working environment for all concerned is not where it should be.
