And for someone who claims so much it's mind boggling that he perpetuated the myth that all indigenous people where 100% wiped out of Tasmania

Shows he doesn't value his history quite as highly as he publicly states.

Funny thing is I have met him a couple of times, away from the cameras he comes across as a completely different bloke.

He does a great deal for various charities.
I'm not much of a Mundine fan, but he is actually a really good boxer, you can't be a World Champ without having some skill. It's a shame that he resorts to shock tactics to create publicity.
Should have kept his mouth shut and let his boxing do the talking and would have had a few more in his corner.

This line gets trotted out all the time. And frankly i cant understand how its arguable.
Daley was by far the more talented player of the two. It was evident pretty much every time they stepped on the field. He was a better ball player, kicker, had better vision, was a much better defender. You could make a case that Mundine was a better ball runner, but then again Daley was a far better runner before he did so much damage to his knee he was pretty much playing on one leg.


Daley was the better player and the most talented. I dont see where the argument could be made that Mundine bested him on those fronts.

Really, as much as I don't like him. He'll achieve more than a large percentage of people. He is/has been a world champion. That is an achievement in itself, regardless of your inability to accept that fact.

100% correct & I am not a fan of Mundine. If anyone says he is a boxing chump, they clearly have no idea about boxing. He made Green look 2nd rate.

He was definitely at his peak when he put Green to the sword.

But, his PR routine is getting boring. While I'm not aboriginal, isn't against their culture to talk of or about the deceased (Artie).

I never realised Daley was a Koori until he coached the aboriginal side. He keep that quiet during his career, I wonder why?
