I reckon a big factor is the absense of Menzies.
He has always been a calming influence,and his leadership is no longer there as well,to guide the team through this difficult chapter.

It wasn't Williams fault when we had the game wrapped around out pinky with 25 minutes to go, queensland struggling for breath. Wallace needed to pick up his game. Williams made the errors, but when the game was ours for the taking Wallace played like sh*t.
