She's not a QC though. She's not even counsel anymore.

She's a consultant. She conducted a review and prepared a report. Her fee was a bit on the steep side, but not wholly unreasonable. But I see no reason why the club would need to continue paying her, if that is in fact what they are doing.

It makes me a little worried if they, to be honest.
