What's our 25 man squad look like?

McKinnon, Graham, Peterson, Grothe, Burt, Anderson, Tahu, Langi, Vaealiki, Morris, Witt, Dykes, Thorman, Wagon, Morrison, Hindmarsh, Cayless, Afasamaga, Vella, Stringer, Stapleton, Tsoulos, Cannings, Ridell, O'Dwyer.

Therefore, our 2005 season would look something like this...

FULLBACK - McKinnon (Graham, Vaealiki)
WINGERS - Grothe,Peterson (Burt, Graham, Anderson)
CENTRES - Tahu, Vaealiki (Langi, Graham, Burt, O'Dwyer)
FIVE EIGHT - Morris (Witt, Thorman)
HALF - Dykes (Witt, Thorman)
PROPS - Cannings, Cayless (Stringer Vella, Stapleton, Tsoulos)
HOOKER - Ridell (Morris, Thorman, O'Dwyer)
SECOND ROW - Hindmarsh, Morrison (Cayless, Afasamaga, Stapleton)
LOCK - Wagon (Stapleton, O'Dwyer)

I base all that on the fact that Smith wants Hindy and Morry to operate on either side of the field - much like 2001 and before. Therefore, Cayless will be a prop, with Vella/Stringer/Cannings will be pushing for the other prop spot. Wagon, sadly, will be lock, bt maybe play in a Luke Rickettson role, which might suit us.

I've included O'Dwyer for his utility role.

Widders and Robinson are obviously part of the top 25, salary cap wise anyway.

In order to stay under the cap next year we'll have to let some players go. I'd say Stapleton, Langi and Thorman would be leaving. Brett Anderson wouldn't be part of the top 25 at this stage.
